RETURNING TO PERFORM AND EMCEE

Michael Palascak returns to the “Laughter is the Best Medicine” stage for the fourth year in a row! In 2015, he was one of five finalists on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. In the last four years, he has appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He also has performed at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas and was the winner of HBO’s Lucky 21 Stand-up Contest. He won the Chicago region of Comedy Central’s Open Mic Fight and went on to make his Comedy Central debut on Live at Gotham Season 3. He was one of 12 comedians in America to debut his half-hour special on the inaugural season of Comedy Central’s The Half Hour.

 

PROFESSIONAL COMICS

Pat McGann, returning for his second year, is a stand up comedian and television host from Chicago. In 2015, he made his second appearance on “The Late Show with David Letterman.” Pat created and hosted the Emmy nominated television show “The Chicago Stand Up Project.” He has been invited to The Great American Comedy Festival, Laugh Fest, The Lucille Ball Comedy Festival and has been heard on the nationally syndicated “The Bob & Tom Show” as well as seen on AXS-TV’s “Gotham Comedy Live.” He has also performed on Late Night with Stephen Colbert. His debut comedy album “Sounds Good” can be heard on Sirius/XM radio.

 

Brooklyn native Dwayne Perkins debuted on Netflix to rave reviews with his one-hour comedy special “Dwayne Perkins: Take Note” and it instantly became a fan favorite. He has earned a spot in today’s elite class of standup comics after several appearances on Comedy Central and Late Night with Conan O’Brien. Dwayne is also the author of the book “Hot Chocolate for the Mind,” a collection of humorous essays. His recurring segment on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno entitled “Great White Moments in Black History” was a viewer favorite.
